Shipping policy

How we ship
Lumavie products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses to your door. That's why we don't have a physical shop and why items from the same order may arrive separately.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery to Australia usually takes around 2 weeks. Delivery to other countries can take longer. These are estimates from our suppliers and carriers, not guarantees — busy periods, customs or carrier delays can add extra days.

Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, which we'll email you once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import charges
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local authorities. Where these aren't collected at checkout, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery address
Please double-check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at lumavieofficial@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.

Order not arrived?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you haven't received your order, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
