1. Who we are
This online store, Lumavie, is operated by Paulo Marín Rumeu. By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Products
We aim to show our products, their features and colours as accurately as possible, but small differences from the photos may occur. Our products are beauty and wellness items for cosmetic use, not medical devices: they don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and results vary from person to person. Always read each product's precautions before use.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and products at any time, but the price at the time of your purchase will be honoured. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment providers.

4. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to lack of stock or a pricing error). If this happens, we'll let you know and refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping and returns
Delivery times and return conditions are set out in our shipping policy and returns policy.

6. Use of the store
You may not use the store for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation. The store's text, images and design belong to Lumavie or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damage arising from misuse of the products or use contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.

We handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
