Is shipping free?
Yes — every order ships free with tracking.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Australia usually takes around 2 weeks; other countries can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping policy.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email it to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Why might my items arrive separately?
Products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so items from the same order can arrive in different parcels.

Payment & offers

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, PayPal and express wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay (shown at checkout). Payments are processed securely.

Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where available (for example AUD or EUR).

How does "Buy 2, save 10%" work?
Add any 2 or more items to your cart and 10% is taken off your order automatically at checkout. No code needed.

Which plug does ClearWand come with?
You choose when ordering: Australia (Type I), UK (Type G), Europe (Type C) or US (Type A).

Are these medical devices?
No. Our products are cosmetic and wellness tools for home use. Always read the safety notes on each product page, and check with your doctor if you have any medical condition.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it (14-day cooling-off period in the EU), unused and in its original packaging. Opened personal-care items can't be returned unless faulty. See our refund policy.

My item arrived damaged.
